So heres the deal. Last night like an idiot I splash a couple drops of beer on my computer..> Happens to land directly on the harddrive and it shorts out.

So today I'm reloading my gaming PC, and I'll have to reinstall Prophecies and Factions. So I dig through all my game cases and find prophecies disks and cdkey. But I can't find the Factions CDKEY (probably due to the fact that the brains at NCsoft decided to put it on a piece of paper easily mistaken as trash)...

Anyways my question is, do I need that to reload Factions and get my chars back? Or is it already stored under my username / password when I login...

I really don't want to have to purchase another key because NCSoft refuses to help their customers who lose their CDKey.

Please give me some insight.

You don't need to have your CD Key. It's only for activating your account. So, yes all of your characters are stored under your usersname (account).

Hey shadowfawx, how did you manage to get beer on the hard drive, if it resides in your tower???

just curious cause i game and chug too...
